Jennifer Troyan is an executive vice president and manager of business operations and strategy. She joined the bank as a utility staff member when it was Grossmont Bank and has taken on increasing responsibilities over the years, as a branch operations advisor, bank operations manager, customer solutions and support manager and currently, manager of business operations and planning.

She leads product implementation, communications, customer and employee experience, staffing and provides the core banking group essential support in several critical areas. 

Troyan earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University and has been a board member of the ZLAC Foundation since 2016.
