Jill Bell oversees human resources, training and development teams for CB&T. She has more than 20 years of human resources experience, including organizational structure, employee relations, recognition programs and management training programs. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and her master's degree from Santa Clara University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and received their designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is also a board member and Outreach Committee Chair for JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund) and is also a member of the US Vets, Las Vegas advisory council.
