Newton Pham is head of leveraged finance in Southern California with offices in Irvine and Los Angeles, California. In this role, he is responsible for originating, executing, and monitoring debt investments. Prior to CB&T, Mr. Pham led the Corporate Strategy Unit responsible for targeting and facilitating acquisitions for Mitsubishi Materials USA, the U.S. subsidiary of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation. Prior to Mitsubishi Materials USA, he worked at McGladrey Capital Markets, a middle market investment bank specializing in M&A transactions ranging from $20 to $500 million. Previously, he was an Associate at Morgan Stanley, specializing in Telecommunications, Media, and Technology.
