David E. Blackford

Executive vice president of Zions Bancorporation and chairman of CB&T, David Blackford joined the company in 1998 and previously was  president and CEO from 2001 – 2020. Prior to that, he was managing director of Real Estate Finance, executive vice president of the Orange County Division and managing director of the bank. He has many years of high-level banking experience, including serving as executive vice president and manager at Bank One, Southwestern Region. Blackford is on the board of directors for MDC Holdings, Inc, and is a graduate of Williams College.
