Jeffrey Hill oversees all of CB&T's legal matters across California and is a member of the Legal Department at Zions Bancorpation, N.A. He works on enterprise-wide legal matters, including international, foreign exchange, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and compliance issues. Hill also works outside counsel with on litigation matters and serves on CB&T's Executive Management Committee. Prior to CB&T, Hill was a partner at Pillsbury law firm, specializing in bank regulatory and corporate matters, with an emphasis on foreign banks operating in the United States. Hill has an A.B. in philosophy from Princeton University, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.
